We want you to feel confident when shopping with Quality Cornere. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.


Returns


You have 2–3 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible:


The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).


You must provide an unboxing video as proof at the time of return request.


A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be shipped back to the address we provide after approval. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Some items cannot be returned, including:


Personal use or hygiene-related products.


Perishable items.


Sale items and gift cards.


If you’re unsure about whether your item is returnable, please reach out before ordering.


Exchanges


We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to buy a different product, you will need to place a new order after your return (if approved).


Refunds


Refunds are issued via bank transfer only.


Processing time: 12–16 business days after your return is received and approved.


The customer pays a 20 SAR return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund.


If your refund is delayed beyond 16 days, please contact us.


Cancellations


Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.
